THE SERVICE

THE WALL provides dynamic advertising placement. A brand appears on a public wall and its position depends on how much it has contributed in total.

PAYMENTS AND RANKING

• Payments are one-time, cumulative contributions added to a brand's running total.
• Ranking is determined by the total amount paid; if two brands have the same total, the brand that reached that total first ranks higher, with a stable final tie-breaker applied after that.
• A payment does not purchase or permanently reserve a numbered position.
• Positions can change at any time when another brand contributes more.
• No duration, impressions, clicks, traffic, sales, SEO result or financial return is guaranteed.
• The service begins once Stripe confirms the payment and the brand is activated on the wall.
• USD cents are the canonical accounting unit, even when Stripe Adaptive Pricing displays or charges a local-currency equivalent.

BRAND CONTENT

• Brand owners must hold the necessary rights to the brand name, logo, website and any content they submit.
• Illegal, deceptive, malicious, infringing, unsafe or abusive content may be hidden or removed.
• Users must have legal capacity and the authority to represent the brand they submit.

OWNERSHIP AND EDITING

Ownership and editing rights are linked to the verified email address used during a successful checkout. Access is granted through a magic link sent to that address.

REFUNDS

Contributions are generally final. See the refund policy for the full conditions and for statutory withdrawal rights.

APPLICABLE LAW

Spanish law applies. This does not restrict mandatory consumer protection rules or the courts that apply to you by law.
